Visitor Centers

Need some face time with a Greater Phoenix expert? Then check out one of Greater Phoenix’s official Visitor Information Centers.

The Downtown Visitor Information Center is located on Second Street, across the street from the Hyatt Regency Phoenix hotel. This visitors center features a video wall, public Internet stations and a touch-screen map of Arizona. The center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our CityNorth center services well-traveled leisure visitors who enjoy retail specialty boutiques, dining and entertainment where all the best aspects of city living come together. The CityNorth Visitor Information/Concierge Center is located within CityCenter of CityNorth, which is located at 5415 E. High Street, Suite 240, Phoenix, AZ 85054. It is open Friday - Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
