The Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau is constantly striving to service each and every member in the best way possible. It is our goal to provide benefits that will enhance the business opportunities for member organizations. The following resources will help you make the most of your GPCVB membership:

Meeting & Travel Planner Guide for Greater Phoenix:
All members receive a listing in this guide with a 25-word description. It is used by convention planners, corporate decision-makers and group-tour coordinators to choose the various sites and suppliers necessary to hold a successful gathering in Greater Phoenix. 15,000 guides are published each year.

Official Visitors Guide to Greater Phoenix:
An informational four-color publication distributed to 300,000 tourism and convention visitors each year, the Visitors Guide is published each December. Members, who provide services directly to the visitor, i.e., attractions, restaurants, transportation, etc., receive a listing in a directory style guide. Local points of distribution include Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, hotels and resorts, convention registration desks, concierge centers at Phoenix Convention Center, and the CVB's Visitor Information Centers located in Downtown Phoenix and at Biltmore Fashion Park. The Visitors Guide is also mailed to those requesting visitor information.

CONFIDENTIAL CONVENTION CALENDAR:
This electronic publication is e-mailed to members on a quarterly basis. It is a listing of all meetings and conventions booked or aided by the Bureau and a complete listing of convention and trade-show bookings for Phoenix Convention Center. Use this tool to be prepared for incoming convention and meeting business. You will have the association's name, meeting dates, headquarter hotel and number of expected attendees right at your finger tips! The meeting planner's contact information is also included for your convenience.

LEADS:
These Bureau-qualified leads, generated from our Convention Sales, Convention Services, Tourism Industry and Media departments, are sent to members who can offer the specified type of service or product being requested. These leads are set up on an open-bidding basis, and members can market directly to the tourism and convention decision-makers. Leads are sent to members based on the needs of the person making the request. There is no guarantee that all members will receive leads.

INTERNET:
All GPCVB members receive a complimentary business listing with a 100-word description on CVB’s Internet site at www.visitphoenix.com. For members with a web site, a hyperlink is included with the listing.

MEMBERANDUM:
Memberandum is a quarterly newsletter e-mailed to members highlighting the latest Bureau news, a schedule of upcoming events and meetings, feature articles on recent industry happenings and a listing of members who have joined within the last 90 days. Members have the opportunity to submit press releases announcing a special event, activity or business feature that will be considered for inclusion in the Memberandum.

CONCIERGE CENTERS:
The Phoenix Convention Center is site of the Bureau's Concierge Centers. These centers, located in Lobbies 1 & 2, are staffed during conventions and local trade events. Members are provided a unique opportunity to gain additional exposure to this lucrative market.

In addition to your member listings, greater exposure opportunities are available through advertising in our various publications at "special" member rates.

RACK BROCHURES:
If your company has a listing in our Greater Phoenix Official Visitors Guide, you may display your brochures at our Downtown Visitor Information Center.

The Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to enter into agreements and do business with any company, business, and/or person, member or non-member, at the Bureau's sole discretion.
